The following Terms of Sale are regulating the sale of items by Katy Bijoux so we can guarantee full transparency and clarity to the users who navigate our website. All the sale and purchase operations, between Katy Bijoux and the client, will be regulated by these terms.
By placing an order on our website, the client agrees to our terms of sale and the information provided during the purchase procedure.
Users who wish to make a purchase on our website or to take advantage of our services will need to register in the designated section called “My Account”. By signing up, the user will be responsible for the data given and agrees with our Privacy policy. Should the information provided change, the user shall contact Katy Bijoux promptly and provide the new information.
Once the order is placed, the client will receive a confirmation email along with the order number that should be used as a reference under all circumstances.
In the email summary, the client will see in detail: purchased items, shipping costs, estimated delivery time, order total and payment instructions.
Katy Bijoux will execute the order once the payment has been received.
All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to decline your order.
Should there be issues with the order, clients will be promptly contacted by Katy Bijoux.
It is possible to cancel an order only if the item hasn’t been shipped yet. You can cancel your order by phone or through our contact form. For all the orders that have already been shipped, the client will have to accept the delivery and then apply for a return request as specified in the section “Return & Refund Policy”.
All prices on our website are shown in Euro (€) and don’t include VAT. Even if prices may vary, the correct price will be the one indicated in the order confirmation.
Once the order is placed the user will receive an email with instructions for the payment. At the moment, we only accept direct bank transfers as a form of payment method.
In case the purchased items present some issues or they differ from what was ordered, clients must notify Katy Bijoux within 14 days since the package was received.

When the items are delivered, clients will need to check the package content corresponds to the order. Any eventual damage to the package will have to be notified to the courier and then sign the designated form. Once the form has been signed, clients will not be able to dispute the exterior condition of the package.
